The Membership Department of the National Library and Archives of I.R. Iran is responsible for reviewing and approving membership conditions for visitors and determining their membership levels.
Membership registration is only available to applicants, after completing online registration, visit at the designated time. Therefore, attending on behalf of another individual for membership matters will be ineffective.
Access to the services of the National Library and Archives of I.R. Iran is only possible by presenting the original membership card.
Special Member Cards are issued upon approval from the head of the organization.
Membership cards for foreign nationals will be issued after receiving all necessary documents and verification from the relevant authorities. Revoacation of the membership card will be carried out following the regulations mentioned in this manual (paragraph 6-4-2) after approval by the disciplinary committee.
The Disciplinary Committee consists of the Director General of Security, Director General of Public Relations, and the Director General of Information Services.
Membership cards for the National Library and Archives of I.R. Iran are issued according to the academic qualifications and conditions specified in the membership regulations, with levels ranging from 1 to 3.
Entry to both public and specialized halls and the level of access to information services are determined according to the membership levels.
